About Me
I’ve never been much of a cook. Instead, I’ve been more of an expert at eating out, ordering delivery, and take-out from restaurants. Recently, I’ve been inspired to take cooking seriously and with each culinary success, I’ve become confident to try more recipes. Now, I’ve become an adventurous cook. Although I’ve had some cuisine disappointments, it’s been a good learning experience. The more I practice, the better I’m becoming and I continue to hope for more gastronomic victories. This blog will cover my cooking experiences and the recipes that I try to prepare. UPDATE: I've been asked to share photos of the city. So, every Monday, that's what you'll see here.

Great juxtaposition!
I don't do enough looking up here in Los Angeles. Mostly looking ahead - because I'm always in my car. It's amazing when I walk or I'm the passenger how much more I see. Great picture. ANd love the new banner!
I know this is silly but... I get such a kick when you post pictures of places I've been recently. Maybe we passed each other on the street eh? Could be.

I love your view point Paz! Lovely shot.
Nice contrasting buildings!...
Gorgeous photo Paz. Hope you're having a wonderful week. I'm all into gardening lately - very little cooking to speak of, but your pasta with asparagus looked very tantalizing.
luv ur new look, so blue n cheery hehe, that's Paz ! :) haha..tt's what my mom did, when I 1st came here, she gave me a small pot, include a note on how to boil water, fry an egg, and cook rice hahahaa..and now, I'm still learning to cook the dang rice, gauging the pot w/finger to test the water level hehe :) tt building reminds me of Cinderalla castle in Disney Land, nice, keep them coming yea ? :)
I love NYC!!!! Thank you for sharing those lovely pictures!!!!
I love the balance of recipes and photography in this site; it gives your approach to food a context. I'm glad I stumbled upon your blog.
