About Me
I’ve never been much of a cook. Instead, I’ve been more of an expert at eating out, ordering delivery, and take-out from restaurants. Recently, I’ve been inspired to take cooking seriously and with each culinary success, I’ve become confident to try more recipes. Now, I’ve become an adventurous cook. Although I’ve had some cuisine disappointments, it’s been a good learning experience. The more I practice, the better I’m becoming and I continue to hope for more gastronomic victories. This blog will cover my cooking experiences and the recipes that I try to prepare. UPDATE: I've been asked to share photos of the city. So, every Monday, that's what you'll see here.

Wow, that's an incredible picture! Really impressive...
Yes, nowadays, the weather is very strange.
Mittens on, mittens off - I have no idea what to wear this week.
What a stunning photo, Paz! Which bridge is that? Our weather's very variable up here, too. Still snow on the ground, I'm hoping it doesn't all melt!
Beautiful pic! In contrast, we have sunshine and 62F in N.Carolina!
You have a good Monday too Paz!
Seem it's another good week of weather.
yah whats the deal! when will it just STAY cold
Great picture, most unusual effects.
HI Paz!!!
Hope you are keeping warm. The weather is crazy in CA too, hot one day, freezing the other. Hope you are well and kicking off your holidays!
That photo makes me miss rain. We had some over the weekend here in Los Angeles. But one day of rain is never enough. Sigh.
Paz - the NY weather may be dreary, but your picture is quite dreamy!
Hi Rosa: Thanks! I wonder if the weather irregularities are due to global warming.
Hi Beth: I have no idea, either.
Hi Pat: You have snow already? Wow! That's the GWB -- the George Washington Bridge.
Hi Asha: Sounds very nice in N. Carolina!
Hi Gattina: As long as it doesn't snow, I have no complaints. ;-)
Hi Gustad: Good question. ;-)
Hi there, Tanna: Thanks!
Hi Dianka: I hope you are doing well, too, as you prepare for the holidays.
Hi Mari: I wish you were here today (Wednesday). It rained. I got caught in the rain because I forgot to take an umbrella. ;-)
Ohhhh, Pille! Thanks for that kind compliment.
Thanks for stopping by, everyone!
Best,
Paz
