About Me
I’ve never been much of a cook. Instead, I’ve been more of an expert at eating out, ordering delivery, and take-out from restaurants. Recently, I’ve been inspired to take cooking seriously and with each culinary success, I’ve become confident to try more recipes. Now, I’ve become an adventurous cook. Although I’ve had some cuisine disappointments, it’s been a good learning experience. The more I practice, the better I’m becoming and I continue to hope for more gastronomic victories. This blog will cover my cooking experiences and the recipes that I try to prepare. UPDATE: I've been asked to share photos of the city. So, every Monday, that's what you'll see here.

Paz, would you like to answer a VEGETABLE MEME? See it on my blog.
Looks like quite the storm.
Hi Karen: I'll stop by your blog soon. It's been pretty busy for me this week, but I'll do it. ;-)
Hi Kalyn: It was quite a storm. The photos don't do it justice but provides just a glimpse. ;-)
Paz,
I'll send Alberto Tomba over to keep you warm!
:o)
Happy Valentine's Day!
Oh, they have been telling about it in the news. Good to hear that you are fine and how good to have a cosy home in such a situation. BTW, the worst part of your choco story must have been to assure your family that NOTHING was burning in the kitchen. ;-) Happy Valentine's Day, Paz - and take care !! angelika
Ivonne, I love you! Yes, send Alberto right over! hehehe! ;-))))
LOL, Angelika! That's a good way to look at my choco burning story. ;-) It took them a while to be satisfied that nothing was burning. I hope you're feeling much better.
Beijos,
Paz
No, not Alberto Tomab, go for Giorgio Rocc, much nicer! Believe me! read about the snow storm, thanks for showing us!
Wow, that's a snow storm! It's incredible how dark it looks...
LOL! Ilva, I know he's a bad boy. I'm an equal opportunity person. I won't turn Giorgio Rocc down. ;-)
Hi Rosa: Well, it was dark mainly because I don't think the flash came on and also it was close to evening.
Paz (waiting for the snow to disappear)
Wow, Paz, you did a great job capturing those giant snow blobs as they floated past. Thanks for the shots. I love NYC!!
know what... I was waiting for the snow all weekend, but we only had a few flakes that was it :o( The weatherman forecasted snow throughout the East Coast, boo!

Pocah! It's nice to see you here! Thanks for adding me to your bloglines. Yay! You are sooo lucky not to have snow! ;-)

You made me almost miss NYC for almost 6 seconds. Or so.
